Shipping & returns


At Createyoursmarthome.nl you can easily and quickly order your smart products. To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. From the shopping cart you can enter your address details and pay for the order. We recommend a safe payment method through iDeal. It is also possible to pay by credit card or another option. If you miss a payment method, please contact us! Then we'll see what we can do for you. As soon as the payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a Track and Trace code. From there we take over and do our best to have the order delivered to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 will be shipped within one working day, provided they are in stock. If a product is not in stock or not available, this will be clearly stated with the relevant product.


It is possible that the Smart Home products you ordered are not what you expected or that there is another reason you want to return something. Of course it is also possible with us to return your order or part of your order. You are not obliged to give a reason, but we would appreciate it if you stated why you are returning something. This way we can improve our range or webshop for you and other customers!

You have 14 days to change your mind on every order, from the moment the order is delivered to you. The shipping costs to return your order (or part of it) are unfortunately for you. It is important that the products are still in the original packaging and are undamaged! Follow the steps below to return products:

1. Sign in

Go to https://shopify.com/59284390069/account and log in with your account or create a new account if you don't already have one. Register your return via your customer account. Follow the steps to easily return your order. If the return request has been accepted by us, you will receive a return label by email that you can use to send your package to us.

2. Packaging

Pack the products in their original condition (undamaged) and packaging in a box.

Helpful Hints:

  • Make sure you pack the items well so that they are not damaged during transport.
  • To save waste, you can use the box in which we sent the product to you.
  • Make sure the address label is legible.
3. Submit

Take the package to a package drop-off point of the carrier indicated on the return label. Here you will receive a proof of shipment, keep it well until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent and can be requested if lost during transport.

4. Your money back! ;)

As soon as the return shipment has been processed by us, you will receive an automatic message about this. Of course we try to do this as soon as possible. We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Can't do this? Then we will contact you.
